Tuna

Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Tuna, a service run by Mintelab that lets you deliver software to, monitor and manage fleets of devices. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Tuna provides a hosted hub, a command line tool and a device agent. You connect your own devices and publish your own software. We may improve, change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance when a change affects how you use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and release signing keys safe, and for what happens under them. Give us accurate information and tell us at once if you think an account was misused. People you invite to your organization act on your behalf.

3. Your software and data

You keep all rights to the software you publish and to the data your devices produce. You allow us to store, transmit and process them only to run the service for you. You promise that you have the rights to publish your software and that it does not break the law or harm others.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Tuna to attack or disrupt others, to distribute malware, to run networks of abusive devices, to bypass limits, or to resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.

5. Prices and payment

The first 10 devices in an organization are free. Beyond that the price is shown on our website per connected device per month, with a minimum invoice. Fees are charged in advance by our payment provider, are non-refundable except where the law requires, and may change with 30 days notice. Taxes are added where they apply.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Devices are built to keep working and roll back on their own when the hub cannot be reached.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Tuna and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. When an organization is deleted we remove its data within a reasonable period, except what we must keep by law.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Mintelab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
